Honeysuckle berry coffee cake

For the cake In a small bowl, mix together flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside. In another bowl, using an electric mixer beat together eggs and sugar. Add butter and beat until the mixture is foamy. Beat un the milk. With the mixer at low speed, add dry ingredients and beat until well blended. Pour into a prepared tube pan. Sprinkle honeysuckle berries on cake batter and scroll the surface with a knife.


Mix together all the topping ingredients until they are the texture of coarse bread crumbs. Sprinkle evenly over the cake batter and bake in preheated oven at 350°.
